The boots came on time but the right boot was missing it's 'multishox' insole. We contacted Papa Shoe and the rep promised to send the insole but forgot and we had to call him again after a week or so. He then promised to include a free gift for the trouble but did not, and the insoles he mailed were the wrong type. So now, a month after placing the order, we are still dealing with this and my husband can't wear his boots to work, which is the reason we ordered them in the first place. I will not order from Papa Shoe again unless this problem is resolved immediately.
