We ordered these boots in the right size and have had severals pairs we loved and wore until they woreout. However these were not the same, couldn't even put my foot into them. Not the nice supple leather not sized according to American sizes even though the tag said the size was exactly what I wore in these very same boots. So know what I did? I returned them and went to the boot store and bought myself the real thing and of course they fit perfect and have good quality. Maybe if I was chinese my foot would of fit into the other pair. Somebody is selling junky lookalikes here.

These boots have a handsome rugged construction and although I have not worn them for a long period, they seem quite comfortable. Most brown finishes have a tendency to scuff rather easily, and so I dyed my boots with a deep commercial black dye. The boots may be a trifle heavy for those who need a lighter fit, but overall I am quite satisfied.
Amazon got them out to me in record time.
