Great alternative to Uggs November 9, 2006 Rarely write reviewss 53 out of 54 found this review helpful
I just bought a pair of these 10" Dream 405 style from shoe pavilion today for $39.99. I think they are so great and comfortable! I tried on the 160 Uggs ultra short earlier in the day, which looks almost the same, and guess what? BearPaw Dream is even more comfortable than Uggs' ultra short since ultra short feels a little too tight. Uggs' classic short ($120) is still the most comfortable tho, but its style, which is more rounded and doesn't have a 2nd line around the edges, is a little outta date.
These BearPaw Dreams serve as a great alternative to the new Uggs ultra short. Its shaft is a little taller than Uggs as well, which I think is smart because then it looks better with pants tugged in.
Caution: if you wear 1/2 sizes, go one size up. Don't expect these comfortable shoes to have bigger rooms inside. I used to wear 6 or 6.5.. but I have to return a pair and get a 7.
These are for real!! February 8, 2008 J. SACCO (nyc) 18 out of 18 found this review helpful
After wondering whether or not I could afford to buy a pair of Uggs for my lady friend, I researched Amazon and found Bearpaw's. Half the price and better quality than the Uggs. They look great, fit her like a glove and didn't hurt me in the wallet. I would have to say save your money and go for the honey! Great service, great product. The difference is in the fact that the BP's are more ruggedly made to withstand the rigors of city living, giving you the more bang for your buck. The stitching, heavier sole and and true to size fitting are consistant with this product and others that I have inspected.
LOVE THEM December 6, 2006 Amanda F. Houlis 18 out of 19 found this review helpful
I am in love with these boots-- I currently own them in 4 different colors and adore them.. WARM as ever and fuzzy for great cushioning. The only thing i warn is to buy them in a size smaller thanyou normally would, as they do stretch a lot...
My 1st pair were an 8 and they became way too big on me after a few months of wearing...The other 3 I bought in size 7 and they are perfect!
I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Already did a review December 12, 2007 K. Criswell (Kansas United States) 17 out of 19 found this review helpful
I've already reviewed this but, the boots looked good but one was not a structurally sound as the other. The company is not very customer friendly. The boots run small and I needed to return them for a bigger size. The company requires you to pay shipping if you need to return the product. They only pay shipping to send them back to you. If I've already paid shipping once why do I have to pay again because the boots aren't true to size? I ended up giving them away as a present. I won't be doing business with Luggage Biz again.
good warm boots for a great price - watch sizing January 19, 2009 Thomas Howard (Tawas City, MI USA) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
Great boots, well made, warm, dry, easy on & off - very pleased.
A note about SIZING: My normal size was tight so I sent them back and got a size larger which fit great when I first got them. However after wearing them for a while, the fuzzy fur inside got smooshed down a bit so now they are too big. So, the moral of the story is buy your size and if they are snug when you first get them, wear them around the house for a while to see if the padding will squish down and leave more room for your feet.
